General Services


All of our services are priced on an hourly rate scale (cost per man-hour). Please note that for companies that qualify, our scholarship program can reduce these fees as much as 50%. Additionally, as a current promotion, Episec will eat an initial 25% of our service costs, or an extra 15% for qualifying companies.

Billable hours are measured on a quarter-hour basis, meaning if we work at your site for one hour and forty-five minutes, you will not be charged for the full two hours. However, if we work at your site for one hour and fifty minutes, you will.



Definition of Services
On-site service is defined as the amount of time we are at your company to perform hired duties.

Off-site service is considered the time we work on hired services away from your company. For example, reviewing printouts of possibly insecure programs of services, as determined on-site, is considered an off-site service.

Remote service is when we log into or run scans on your network remotely to work on hired services off-site. This is never done without explicit permission from your company's network administrators.
